You will need 3 large eggs, 3 cups of broccoli florets, 3 tablespoons toasted sesame oil, 8 ounces pre-sliced shiitake mushrooms, a half cup of unsalted roasted cashews, 2 pkg of precooked brown rice, 3 tablespoons of low-sodium soy sauce, a tablespoon of rice vinegar, ¼ cup of peanut butter, ¼ teaspoon of black pepper, a tablespoon of toasted sesame seeds, and lastly a tablespoon of water.
