Apart from the large pot, heat oil in soup pot over medium heat. Saute, celery, carrots, and onions for 3-5 minutes. Then, add water, tomatoes, the cooked beans, oregano, cayenne, pepper, and salt. Pan-roasted Cauliflower Steaks
This is a great and unique way to serve steak to a vegetarian. Unlike the white beans soup recipes, another one of low-calorie vegetarian recipes here will be ready in 30 minutes, and it only takes a little effort to do it. For ingredients, you will need two large cauliflowers, olive oil, butter, 16 dices of baby plum tomatoes, one finely chopped shallot, a handful of basil, one tablespoon small capers, a handful of chopped basil, a handful of flat-leaf parsley, and a half juiced a lemon.

Firstly, heat the oven to 200-220 Celsius. Then, cut two thick slices of cauliflowers. Make sure to cut it from the middle. Keep the rest to eat later. After that, heat a little bit oil and butter in a pan. Then, you can cook the cauliflowers on the pan. Cook it on both sides until golden. Next, transfer it to a non-stick baking sheet. For taste, season it all over. The next thing you have to do is to roast it in the oven for about 10-15 minutes until it’s tender.
